I bought this item and I did not receive the complete parts. I contacted the seller and he said that it was not their problem because Fedex supposedly delivered them and it had a signature of receipt but that signature is fake. No one signed and they did not want to be responsible for That and then I had to buy the rest of the parts and we didn't sign the received one either, which confirms that he or FedEx is lying, I will never buy from them again.

As we've stated, we're so sorry that part of your delivery was misplaced after it was delivered, with a signature. We're still not sure why you believe FedEx would "fake" the signature on 2 of the 7 boxes but again, we hate that you couldn't find your delivered boxes. However, did make it our problem, it's why we also took a loss and absorbed half of your replacement cost for those 2 boxes. Despite your feedback, we feel we did the right thing and we're truly sorry you don't feel the same.
