The best foam glue money can buy period!
I have a parkzone sport cub that i have crashed multiple times......I crashed it and broke the front all the way off and the tail snapped off too. This glue repaired it and i have a Sukhoi 29-mm that has been broken in 3 pieces too. This glue is what i use to repair and build all my planes.....Bar none this is the best!! I glue servos in place, esc`s and even repair my hinges and make a living hinge with this glue. A bead on each surface, let it dry 15 minutes and then put them together. Repair is permanently flexible and will last the life of the plane. I even use it on my personal truck to put emblems back on!! LOVE THIS GLUE!! The choice for foam
It lives up to its reputation. This works very well with Depron and bluecor foam. Pay attention to the instructions or watch Beacons video. It's a little different to use. When used with fiberglass mesh drywall tape, it makes very sturdy hinges. It can also be used as reinforcement for edges of foam wings and other delicate spots. Stick the tape down, apply a small amount of foamtac and spread it with a scrap of foam evenly & thinly. Great stuff!It lives up to its reputation. This works very well with Depron and bluecor foam. Easy to use and holds strong
Out of all the various glues I have used on foam RC planes Foam Tac is by far the best. Its easy to use, does not yellow , dries relatively fast , doesn't get completely hard ( strong but stays flexible ) and can be used on other various materials. I keep a bottle in my tool box all the time so when a problem comes up where I need a glue to repair something I can depend on , Foam Tac. is the one. Works fantastically on Foamy Plane repairs
I am an experienced FPV Racing Quad pilot, but am very new to fixed wing RC. I purchased a T28 Trojan 1100mm for my first fixed wing aircraft and while I've done much better than I expected I would, I still had a rough landing when my wing caught the grass and cartwheeled to a stop. It caused a separation on my right wing and it needed some TLC. The Foam Tac Glue did the trick. I was able to flow it down into the crack, hold it for just a few minutes and I was offf again and in perfect flying condition. Adhesive for EPP airplanes
Foam Tac is perfect for assembling EPP airplanes. I decided to try Foam Tac when I read its product description. Beacon claims its Foam Tac glue is non-yellowing. I've used other brands of foam adhesives and that has been one of the problems I encountered, you get a noticable yellowing of the glue joint after a few months. I just assembled my first EPP plane with Foam Tac so I probably won't know if the non-yellowing claim is true for a couple of months. Beacon's other claims of high strength and ease of use however, I can attest to. I particularly like the ability of Foam Tac to reinforce the control surface hinge areas. Foam Tac 2oz comes in a plastic bottle and you can visually see the adhesive inside. It is a little harder to apply in tight spaces due to its bigger applicator ... Foam Tac is perfect for assembling EPP airplanes. I decided to try Foam Tac when I read its product description. Beacon claims its Foam Tac glue is non-yellowing. Bond is still good. You will have to use up the glue as it will thicken and start to cure as you consume it and more air is in the bottle. It takes a little more effort to apply FoamTac with the plastic bottle than Welders in a toothpaste style tube.
