A great label maker - easy to use for most labels but special jobs requiring formatting or adding features like pictures or borders are a little difficult. I especially like the ability to use it from my computer - a great feature. I would buy another if this one is lost for some reason I also would recommend it to friends.
Almost impossible to get working with current Windows 10 operating system, will only work on very old laptop, believe it is no longer supported, not mentioned in item description. Update - found a way to get this printer working on Windows 10,, but I have to reinstall after every Windows update. I think the hardware itself is great! Using Windows add printer gets it working most of the time. Wish Brother could get more support from Microsoft.
