I needed two identical lifting straps for an important delivery. The listing said there were two in-stock so I ordered. A short time later I received a message stating that someone else had just bought one so there was only one left. This was problematic because we were running out of time and I needed two straps for a tandem-lift. Gulf Coast upgraded my order to larger, more expensive straps of which they had twin stock. They came just in time. Wonderful service when I really needed it.

Package was damaged when arrived. Item inside was wrapped pretty good. The diopter and prism housing on the right eyepiece does not work all that well. It’s okay for what I need it for. I wish it worked better. No bad comments on the seller. They probably are not that knowledgeable on this type of equipment.
