Item was mostly as shown and was delivered on time. Only issue was it was listed with a power supply but did not ship with one. After contacting the seller several times and receiving promises of being shipped one, they never came through. This is particularly irritating since the laptop battery was no good and it needed the power supply to run. Make sure you get everything listed, even when you buy something for parts.
