The item was delivered quickly with no problem and I would buy from this seller again. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the trimmer, its just clearly not a professional grade item (to be fair, it is alot cheaper than a professional item). For my level of usage it's fine. If you have a large landscape and do alot of trimming you might want to get a more powerful one. I am quite satisfied with the purchase, especially at the price point.
