The product came well-protected, and the box was intact. All pieces were accounted for and printed true to size (1/8 scale). The resin parts are brittle, and some pieces broke while test-fitting the figure, which would have been prevented if I had sanded the pieces before putting them together. Please note that the seller also made the mistake of sending the wrong size. Buyer beware. I am waiting for them to correct this problem.
