Unfortunately the watch was defective but seller was very accommodating
and a full refund was promptly initiated. Any testing at all by the refurbisher would have made the defect obvious. Completely out of seller's control. Seller is highly recommended. Thanks.
Also it took FEDEX 3 reported attempts to deliver the package. They use third parties now for deliveries with predictable results. Apparently reading skills are not required.
