My only gripe has nothing to do with the case or Newegg but with the person who packaged the case at Sama. When they put the little plastic container with the screws in the case they didn't latch it so all the screws were loose inside the case and shipping box when I opened it. Otherwise it was packaged very well. The case itself is very nice and has a flat black color which I really like.

Really nice case, its easy to build in. But one thing most new builders have to be aware of in this case is to make sure that the standoffs are in the correct spot. I made a mistake of not double checking the placement and it was shorting out my board

This case is wonderful. I've purchased 3 cases now, all different brands, and none of them actually had a controller for the RGB fans. This one did, and I was able to plug in my CPU and all of the fan lights synced up. I will more than likely end up going solely for SAMA cases going forward

The item was advertised as a Dell Inspiron DESKTOP PC. This morning I was informed that it is actually for a CHROMEBOOK notebook and to contact them if I wanted to cancel the order. I IMMEDIATELY requested to cancel the order, OF COURSE I WOULD, because it wasn't even a similar item but instead, I received a tracking number. I have to wait a week for the item, then initiate the return process. If they realized this was their error, they should have cancelled immediately. Won't shop here again.
