The temperature was 95 degrees and the moisturizer was flowing freely into the bag. I lost about a third of one jar. It was a slippery mess. The seller quickly refunded the one jar and apologized for the mess. A box may have been the better option for shipping. Things happen, how you deal with it is the important part.
