I needed it next day and was happy to pay the extra. I rang this company and explained and they said they would ship 24hr at no extra cost and sure enough it turned up in time for the weekend,. To hedge my bets I asked the same of two other suppliers and they promised the same and 5 days on they still haven't arrived. I cant praise this company enough, not only was the price very competitive but they picked up the phone promptly and were so helpful. I would go out of my way to recommend.

Delivered in plain card box that had opened & pieces missing. Seller contacted & did send SOME of the missing items. Advert states 25:1 2 stroke ratio yet in the Inst booklet is 40:1. Told by Seller use anything from 25:1 to 40:1 found this unusual. Contacted Hortipower re ratio & told they have no connection with Horti-power. Booklet lists company as Toplopon view links before buying. In advert engine is TMM620 one I got is HP821-7008. Would return but due to the hassles will take the hit.
