“New” and “unopened” product was very visibly used. The container was missing quite a bit of product and even had very noticeable fingerprints in it. I contacted the seller and the seller wanted me to “jump through hoops” to get a return. When a product is very obviously misrepresented, a refund should be offered without question. The product is of no use and I have no refund. Beware of this seller.

Product was new and sealed when sent out. Not sure what the buyer is talking about. That is not our product or the buyer is trying to scam us. Did offer buyer to send back for a refund and also told her how to print off a return shipping label and she refused to send the item back for a refund.
