Unfortunately, the controller arrived with the same tabs broken as the one that I was trying to replace. I reached out to the vendor, they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded the purchase amount. I still don't have a replacement controller, but the refund was issued without any issues and I felt that they were as professional and above board as you can get! I definitely would never hesitate to use these folks again.
