The price is increased due to the cost of shipping and packaging. That's the majority of the cost." So I did pay for shipping. The cost was built into the price of item purchased. Well, at least the seller was honest about being misleading, if you can call that honest??

The company responsible for the shipping managed to crush the box which held the Zen boxes. This resulted in boxes being unusable. ValyouGeneral is replacing the crushed cartons easily and quickly. Exemplary customer service. Needless to say, I will use them again.
