I purchased an artwork from this seller which was framed beautifully with double mats as pictured. This work was described as “excellent- used condition “ but when it arrived, it was in a totally different (and ugly) frame with poor joinery and NO mats. I raised my concerns with the seller who advised that his “helper” posted the original and not a print. It is in fact a print though. I asked if that meant he had 2 copies of this work and requested that we work towards a resolution but no answer
