This was listed as "open box", so I called the shop to ask for more details. Someone answered the phone right away, which was a great sign, and they told me it was a new guitar that had been returned. When I got the delivery, the outer shipping box was a little beat up, but everything else was basically brand new, tags on, plastic wrap still on the fretboard. I barely had to tune it and it was ready to play. I am very happy with this purchase and the seller.

This seller (proaudiostar) was fantastic across the board! The item was listed as "open box" so the price was a great deal, but I can't for the life of me tell where the box was opened. All of parts were factory sealed in plastic and zip-tied together on cardboard panels, just like brand new. The icing on the cake was that shipping was free and very fast. Based on my experience I just ordered another "open box" item from this seller with no hesitation whatsoever.

    Does what it says..

    Love hate relationship here. The guitar has some great acoustic sounds, and is easy on the hands too. Since it's lightweight and plays like a electric, it does what I need. Coming for someone who has arthritic thumbs... On the hate side, I don't like the usb input, and having an internal battery that is not replaceable. I'd much rather just replace the battery. The guitar itself reminds me of a toy. I've always loved the rich wood grains on a standard acoustic. All in all I'd recommend this for anyone that needs a little help with the physical end of playing.... Even though I feel like it's way overpriced for the cheap wood and matte finish and the stamped Fender logo on the headstock. No Abolone here folks...
