One glass came broken. The box was in perfect condition, so unlikely a shipping issue. Reached out to the seller, who wouldn't refund us any portion of the price (and a set of 5 instead of 6 is neither as useful nor as valuable to me).

Unfortunately, a glass, despite being wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard paper, arrived at the buyer's address broken. Buyer reached out asking for partial refund or replacement. As these are vintage stock, I had none to replace. All items shipped are insured via USPS for lost or damaged items. As it was damaged, I sent along the receipt and detailed instructions on how to get the FULL value of her package back from the US Post office. Per post office policy, I am unable to do this.
