This is one of those things that once you have you will not want to be without. It opens up a whole new world of home packed school lunches. Keeps hot food hot and the cool stuff cool. Only problems are the initial cost and cost & availability of replacement parts due to the lack of knowledge of the stocking countries people.. I tried to buy the push down valve for the soup cup from america and they told me that the item was an out of production Canadian model???? OK so I called Canada and they didn't have the part number. I then looked at all the models the USA stocks and bought the two optional valves. One fit perfectly. But I basically jut bought their stock on a bet and won. I ended up buying an extra and they are not returnable. It would be nice if they simply cross reference the models across all stocking lines and be done with it. The main thing to do is not break anything and don't put the lid with the silicone valve in the dishwasher.Read full review
