    STICKING ON THE FIRST USE

    THOUGH SEEMS STURDY AND DURABLE, HOWEVER, AS A PRESEASONED GRILL PAN, ON THE FIRST USE THE CHICKEN QUARTERS WERE STUCK TO THE PAN. AFTER SOAKING AND CLEANING THOROUGHLY I GAVE IT ANOTHER GO, UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD THE SAME RESULTS. I WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF PRESEASONING THE GRILL MYSELF.

    Heavy duty cast iron grill!

    This is a very nice grill pan! I normally grill steaks and chops outside but decided to give this a try. I'm very happy with the pan's performance and the taste of the meat when cooked. Some items claim to be pre-seasoned but this one really is. Be sure to read the cleaning/care directions that come with the pan and to have a pot holder nearby for the handle when cooking.

    Cast Iron Rules

    I really like this pan. It comes pre-seasoned and is ready to use. My only complaint is I wish it were bigger. Still it is a great pan for stove top grilling. High quality and made in the US.
