This thing looks absolutely NOTHING like the picture, it looks like a cheap print that's stretched out! My box came in the worst looking box I've ever seen. My customers are very upset about the quality and looks of it. And I'm upset bc they are and the shipping package quality. Better yet I got to install it and it won't fit! It's like it's made for a 22' pool which they don't make! Idk what to do.

The liner pad and liner were to arrive the same day, the 9 of May, liner pad was a day early, the liner was never shipped, and as of 5/14/ 24 still haven't received it at a cost of close to $600 for this liner alone. I missed a perfect weekend to install due to this, now the install window will be set back by a few weeks due to the vendor not doing the job.
