As soon as I posted my comment (meant for the seller & not a review (I had not yet received the product). The seller then contacted me & provided tracking. He used some off-the-wall shipping company. It took the shipping company time to pick up the product. The seller for his part did quite well and was a responsible actor in this. The product was exactly as described & the description was quite detailed. I will look to him in the future. Ebay left this option as the only way to contact him.
