It fixed the printer. I could not find a youtube video on the ET-2720 printer head, but figured out how to remove the white plastic piece giving access to the two rear screws that held the printer head in place. Then it took 4 clean printed heads before it started printing. There are a few lines in the output prints, but I got black and the colors. And this was better then throwing the whole printer away. The printer head is not perfect, but I will live with that.
