Looked good at first...
The wire looked good at first. I bought it for some projects. It breaks after flexing only a few times. The wire was thermal stripped so there was no damage from nicking it during stripping. Just poor quality wire. Seems thinner than 24AWG. I ended up throwing the wire away. I would not recommend it.

Not the best for soldering
The copper is oxidized brown and brittle. It doesn't tin easily. The strands together seem to amount to thinner than than 24 guage. Not ideal for soldering but maybe OK for other applications.
