Fast shipping but the manufacturer of this product does not have good quality control. After about a month of dealing with the seller we were finally able to get the proper parts. The seller was good and had good communication with resolving the issue in a timely manner. The product itself is what it is. Quality is ok but nothing amazing. This co. was so great to work with when inexplicably the order was duplicated and both had shipped within hours of ordering. They contacted the shipping co and had the 2nd bed returned + gave me immediate credit! Excellent Customer Service! As for the bed itself, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the bed. The headboard panel is a particle material that does not match the white painted wood. I researched many beds and this was not the cheapest. Buying online is always a risk!
