Absolutely awesome RO filter system, immediately reduced my city tap water from mid-300s to a range of 35 to 50 on the first day. Taste also greatly improved. So no more bottled water. Installation was not too bad, took about 45 mins with the help of SimPure online video on YouTube. Quick shipping, item arrived with everything needed. For the first couple days the pump seemed to turn on intermittently when it shouldn’t and no one was running the faucet, but that issue seems to have resolved. The water has very good particulate numbers: we want from 300s down to 9. And initially the first few batches of water tasted excellent. But then it got a plastic taste. Plastic taste remains almost a week after installation, but other people online say it disappears within 3 weeks. 🤞
