      BBQ Pork ribs with Sriracha Sauce

      Slow cook Pork Ribs (approx 4 lbs) in a slow cooker for 8-9 hrs with only 1 can of coke and 6 tbs of Sriracha sauce, on LOW. Take them out of slow cooker then broil in oven 3 min per side with a BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's "Original") You will be the "Chef Hero" for the year. Flavor riddled that will have you making them every weekend. Soooo, very easy too.

      Sriracha... good stuff

      The original sriracha sauce. Has just the right combo of garlic and chili. Too bad the company had difficulty getting the chili peppers. I got these asap since it's hard to find in the stores.
