The price couldn't be beat. It was described as "new" & arrived "refurbished". I don't have a problem with that because someone else's feedback warned me in advance. I'm meticulous about testing used hardware. I found issues with it, apparently known, trying to install unbuntu, so far it is working on Windows 10 with an older Dell laptop that runs hot and crashed often with the original hard drive. Thank U for the deal, I'm a WD website customer as well.
