    The laptop came in damaged from transit, it is functional and looked exactly like the photos save from the damage. It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

    It's a paper weight.

    I can't log into it. I've tried factory settings, whitewashed it and it says it is not available in my area. Thankfully I didn't spend a lot of money on it.
