I ran a 24 box fan and six 13watt lights on this for 2 hrs on a regular 12v car battery.. Later i used a 12 deep cycle to power it and ran five 350 watt tvs and three 13watt lights for about two hours. I would say this thing can sustain at least 2000 watts. dont know about the 6000 part as it alarms out when i added or went above the 2000 estimate. but all in all small size and good power. dont use the cigarette lighter cord its under amped.
