everything was exactly as described shipping was good this adhesive is the best that I've come across I have a Maryland bridge that has fallen out and I couldn't get into a dentist for some time this is the best adhesive that I've used And I honestly don't even think I'll have to go to the dentist as I found a product that works so I can reglue it myself. I ordered it with the plus 10 tips but I did not realize that 4 of the tips were the little adapter tips that goes on the 6 regular tips.
