I received filter unboxed it. I did notice it was not sealed or taped. Upon filling with water and turning on it would not siphon water up pipe. Further inspection i noticed hairline crack in pipe. I reached out to seller and they never responded back. They had two full business days to do so. Thanks for your service... wouldnt recommend their business
