Delivered quickly in a small envelope. Ships from Wisconsin, as promised on the eBay seller page. Really appreciated the handwritten note, I thought that was sweet. I'm not sure if these actually do anything, and I couldn't really tell if there was any tea tree on the patches, but that's no fault of the seller. Keep in mind, the small ones are very small, so they're a little unwieldy to peel off of the plastic backing and put on the face, so I'd probably go with the medium size. Good seller.
