The item was received in acceptable time once done processing glitches were resolved. I was not able to purchase the insurance offered after multiple times contacting eBay support, insurance escalation. While this is not necessarily a direct result of seller issue, insurance was part of the reason I wanted to purchase the transmission with this seller.
The transmission was received without parts that would normally be included like the harness. Pictures added for context.

When I received my stereo the CD wasn’t working. But as soon as I reached out to the company they refunded my account within a couple of days. They did try and see if they had another stereo that would fit my car but unfortunately they didn’t have a replacement. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
