We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

The picture in the listing is general and not the exact one I got. I will say it is still a good deal and it's working fine now that I have it set up. They did respond quickly to my questions and shipped really fast. It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.
