Outstanding seller! Great selection of quality parts. Only one problem: The Switchcraft ‘RELIC AGED’ Input Output Jack pictured in their ad does not represent what I actually received. The ones I received are MUCH closer to the brand new (“Shiny”) ones they sell for half the price; so if you’re expecting what is represented in their ad picture, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Otherwise, my items were shipped-out promptly and nicely packaged.

  • Hofner style bridge is excellent

The Hofner guitar bridge is very well made, fit well with a little sanding to the bottom. Very nice smooth finish. I used it on an old Harmony guitar and it is better than the original. The saddle pieces can be adjusted side-to-side to accommodate different neck widths and string spacing. Overall very satisfied.

  • Best "compromise" for compensated bridge!

I replaced all my old style wooden bridges with these Hofner style. I've tried all the tune-o-matic styles (Gibson, Gretsch, Gotec, etc.) but they all sounded too metallic for my taste. These allow for limited (but sufficient) intonation movement and unlimited string-width and height adjustments. However, the base is "clunky" and often too high to allow string height adjustments, so I use the base that came with the guitar. This usually requires filling and re-drilling the post holes in the upper portion to match the post holes on the base, and slotting the ends of the upper portion to accommodate the "height adjustment wheels". A lot of work but it's worth it to retain the "woody" sound of the arch-top and gain the flexibility for intonation and string width. Don't buy the cheap one's from ...
