    Solid quality. For use in my older VCR recorder (Mitsubishi) and played through an older tv with stereo speakers, no complaints. I find little difference from the more highly recommended brands for this level of quality.

    Cassette parts unknown

    when I opened the shell of the cassette, some springs came out, and I didn't know where they belonged. I opted to open one of my own cassette shells, and replace the tape reels. That worked fine. I'm not using the cassette shell I purchased from eBay.

    VHS Holdover

    It is just easier to put in a VHS tape and hit record, Can fast forward, rewind and watch whenever you want. These give a high quality picture and can be recorded over when you are done watching the program, or keep it for watching again later.
