Seller did not give any thought to packaging for such a heavy item. Item arrived almost out of the box and the 2 plastic plugs to prevent debris from entering, with wheel motor were broken. Then the seller does not notify the buyer that a signature is required to accept the item. Got lucky and my Wife was home sick and had to sign for the item. Communication is not this seller's strong suit.
