- c***l (157)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseBeware of what you buy, this Chromebooks though they are very responsive and have the good quality I was expecting,they are no longer supported by Google, in other words, the last automatic update was provided in 2022, and no more software updates will be provided to you afterward, if you're ok with this, this is a great product at a great price, but if you a worry about staying on the constant protection of the Google system buy something newer, so far this is working fine, but time will tell.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

I will say it is still a good deal and it's working fine now that I have it set up. They did respond quickly to my questions and shipped really fast. It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea.
