    Thought it was a good buy

    However. The ink is now not processing through. Seems dry like it is old. I am disappointed. The complete center of the printed copies are empty. Not printing. Printer is freshly maintained and clean. Tried another ink cartridge from staples and it worked fine. So must be cartridges

    looks good, haven't used it yet.

    I can't rate the quality of the product yet, as I am waiting for my old toner cartridge to completely give up the ghost, before installing a new one. But I can say that the product arrived in a timely manner, and everything appears to be sealed, intact, and in good shape—(surprisingly) including the cardboard box, given that the product description said "open box". Perhaps it was a master carton that was opened?

    Very Light printing

    Bought a genuine toner cartridge from Ebay but got unsatisfactory results. Print is very light. Never have much luck buying this stuff on eBay no matter how carefully I search. Finally had to go to Office Depot to get a real one.
