Contacted before buying, was told this bag was a Medium but when I got it I received the Small bag, seller did take the return but kept the almost $40 in shipping (I run a business, the real shipping rate was 7.25 but they overcharged) they "agreed" to return the shipping over cashapp, still have not received any refund for shipping and having to dispute through ebay now. This was also my wifes main xmas present which I had told them ahead of time and the seller lied just to get the sale.
