    Charging cable was broken when I received it. I had to use my own personal phone cable to get the charger to work. Also the leather band is very uncomfortable and makes the watch press too tight on the sides of the wrist, which ends up cutting your blood circulation and makes your hand feel tingly. I had to order a Milanese Magnetic Loop Band seperately because they are much more comfortable and fit any wrist size without any discomfort at all. The watch itself is in perfect condition and works flawlessly. Overall, for the price you pay, it is definitely worth it if you're in the market for a high quality Samsung watch on a low budget.

    Watch works great, but the accessories are not so good

    I have had my watch for a couple weeks now and love it. I have two issues. One is that the band is not a good replacement. It is a cheap rubber/synthetic band as opposed to the nice leather band that comes with it new. The second mortgage important issue is that the charger stopped working last night. The charger has a light that lights up when plugged in, and changes color when charging. The light doesn't even power up, let alone charge. My guess is that the charger is a cheap replacement instead of the Samsung charger. Now I have to spend $30 to get a Samsung charger before I can use my watch again. Disappointing....

    I thought this was an unecessary idea..until I bought one

    This unit was great quality and cheaper than I could get anywhere else. I always thought the abilty to answer calls on your watch was dumb. Use your phone. But now I love the convenience to take and make calls without going to find where I put the phone. It also lets me answer my dads calls at all hours.

    smart watch

    I have experience with 3 smart watches before this: the Pebblg Steel, the Pebble Time Steel, the LG Urbane R. I still use the first two, but the LG quit pretty soon after I bought it. The primary complaint about the first is that it is only a monochrome device. The PTS is color but loses contrast and readability because of it. Both Pebbles sport rather small image sizes. The LG's image looked rather coarse, never as nice as its promo pictures. Then it quit. I didn't like it well enough to even try to get it replaced. So, now I have the Samsung Gear S2. The resolution and brightness blows the other 3 away. I have had none of the complaints other reviewers mention. I pair it with a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. I even can still use the Pebbles. Minor complaints only: some features ...

    Nice but wish I'd gotten the "3"...

    If I were to buy again, I would have gotten the "3" for the features. When you watch videos, they do not show you the true feature differences in the phones. Still, I like this one for now...It looks good and does some of what I was expecting. If you want a watch that works as a standalone phone, however, go with the "3". Came in pristine condition and works great though.
