This negative comment about "the drive not working" is the first info from this buyer that the drive allegedly did not work. I was not contacted during the refund/replacement period or at ANY time thereafter. If I had been, I could have replaced the drive and/or refunded the purchase price. It was posted well beyond the 30 day return/refund date. Often, when drives do not work, it is rare for the problem to be with the drive; instead, it is often that the buyer has purchased the wrong drive.
