    Strong Ideas.

The best part: it's a quick read. All of the chapters are short and particular so, if you don't like the one you're reading, you can move on to the next. The topics tend to be dated, but the ideas are generally solid.

  • "Selling the Invisible, a must for success."

I loved how this book made me value it's information. Business text is where I seek much of my information as a young Chiropractor to make sure my message is delivered to my patients and the world. I have started and stopped reading atleast 80% of the books that I have read because they are little more than common sense, or things that really wouln't make a difference in my practice. A fancy cover and a whole lot of filler. "Selling the invisible" is different, really incredible outside the box type of thinking that really tap into expressing the intent of service industry such as primary natural healthcare. It had real clear definitions of what marketing, advertising, P.R. were, seems that what many people think they are accomplishing isn't so. Also, "The Butterfly Effect" is ...

  • selling the invisible by Harry Beckwith

I brought this book for a class and I was pleasantly surprised when I start to read it. This is a great book and anyone thinking of going into business should buy this book. Harry makes you feel like he's there with you. The topics are short and to the point and we have all encountered these things at some time. Then he closes each topic with a thought. For me that really hit home. I strongly recommend this book for all.

  • Selling the Invisible is a great mini motivator

What I liked the most about this little volume was the fact that each chapter or section was brief and to the point. No rambling on, like so many motivational books these days--who has the time? There are many good ideas found within its' pages. A great mini motivational read. David baysidebc@yahoo.com

  • Must have for Business folk!

There is nothing to dislike about the book, except, if I were a publisher, I would have added some illustrations. But this is just personal preference. The book is comprised of short stories - points for good marketing. I purchased a copy for myself, and one - for my friend's son who is a business student at USC. This book is invaluable gift!
