Seller and/or Michelle who I chatted with just absolutely awesome to work with. As UPS randomly lost my order; but randomly showed up later; even though their tracking information wasn't updating for the items.Regardless; the items were as described; work great, and Michelle just has a great attitude when I initially reached out when I was concerned about the delay of items initially not coming in. Can't blame them for UPS mishap. Regardless great experience overall.

One of tyhe units was shipped damaged. We let the seller know and after initial communication regarding a return, they have since ghosted us and will not respond to any messages. We tried to work with the seller and explained how our offices were without power due to a major storm and the seller has since refused to contact us.
Do not recommend purchasing from this seller as they will ignore any requests for a return.
