    Product was.priced fair and arrived exactly as described. Of course it is used condition but works great. The seller, customer service and shipping are absolutely horrible. It took almost 2 weeks to have the product mailed out. Messages sent to seller go unanswered. You have to say you want a refund to get any communication in return. They give you the runaround instead of being honest. Do not buy from the seller. Pay a couple dollars more and buy from somebody else.

    The experience was overall positive. I did have to ping the seller a couple time to find out when it would be shipped. They did respond to my inquiries that they would let me know when it shipped. It did take a little longer to actually get it to the point it was shipped then I expected. However, once shipped it was easy to track and arrived fairly well wrapped. The part fit my 2012 Armada great and was in good condition as expected for being low mileage.

    Sony AMP part # CT4T-18B849-AA

    this AMP is from 2012 Ford models with upper Sony system/AMP, the ROM is not modified like newer models. I have 2016 Focus ST with 10 speaker system, disconnected tweeter in dash for better side to side music play, notice that rear speakers play lower level than fronts. I can turn volume all the whey to 30 (max) and speakers don't distort. Found out from ST board that early 2012 Ford models with Sony systems & AMP Rom was not modified and after installing this early AMP rear speakers play as loud as fronts now and it plays louder at 20-25. No one knows why Ford had Sony cut loudness to rear speakers, maybe people were blowing speakers?
