Shipping was timely and arrived when expected - overall positive experience. Item was described/sold as new and as I would purchase off the shelf of a store. While I have no doubt it was that way when shipped, because it was shipped in a bag (even with wrapped in bubble wrap) and not in another box that protected the item, the corners and edges of the box are now crushed and dented. I will wrap this Christmas present as is, but definitely not what I would have picked up from a store shelf.
