      Items showed up with broken fans and product damaged. One of them won’t even power on and does not work

      The damaged item was not in that condition when it shipped out and both were working. We were not notified about any issue until weeks after delivery. I let you know i would take care of a replacement even if the claim did not rule in our favor. As for the one that did not power on, I offered a free replacement but was waiting on you to send it back which you did not. I apologize for the inconvenience here but was more than happy to make sure we took care of all issues.

      Why not message me about the issue before leaving any negative feedback? All the miners were functioning properly when disconnected. I would have been more than happy to swap for another unit.
