    Best for connoisseur foodies.

    Though this book by Douglas McNish is clear and informative, the meals enjoyable, the recipes are comparatively complex. So I don't find this book as useful as his other, 'Raw, Quick & Delicious', which features simpler meals only requiring five ingredients.
