Disappointed. I was told the key is genuine and new. It appeared new in the bag. Upon opening the bag fully I realized the metal key wasn't fully inserted into the fob. I wondered why and tried to push it the rest of the way in, to my surprise it wouldn't budge, I tried to pull the key out and I had to pull very firmly to get it to release. Long story short this key doesn't take new metal keys, theres something wrong with the mechanism inside the fob or it's a replica fob according to dealer.

Remote Wholesale has reached out to the buyer with very favorable resolution suggestions to the buyer. The key sold was a new, genuine OEM fob and not a replica as inaccurately stated in the comment. Sometimes the free emergency keys that we include with a fob purchase may have a snug fit prior to being cut. Cutting the key typically resolves the issue.
