They had 2 identical items for sale, 1 in better condition than the other. Ordered the better one, they sent the beat up one. They did offer to make it right however and send me the good one, but I didn’t have time for the shipping turn around. Don’t think it was done on purpose, just wish they could have taken a little more consideration when pulling the item.

My package arrived with only minimal wear as could be exected, however upon opening the box the ears were a bit bent. Rather than start a return, I reached out to the seller and asked if they would be willing to compensate me for the damaged item (it was still a fully usable piece of equipment as far as I can tell until I hook it up). The seller quickly responded and we negotiated what I felt was a fair compensation. A++ for quickly responding to my messages and customer service!
